National Celiac Disease Awareness Day

Lawmakers continue tradition and mark special day for those affected by celiac disease. The U.S. Senate has passed a resolution designating Sept. 13, 2011 to be “National Celiac Disease Awareness Day.” This action, which honors those affected by celiac disease, also commemorates the birth of Dr. Samuel Gee, a pioneer in celiac disease research.

I have been eating these for years and they are really good. You must eat them hot, if you let them sit and cool they are not very good. These are priced well and can be found in most grocery stores.

Udi’s Gluten Free Classic Hot Dog Buns review These are the best gluten free hot dog buns I have had. They were a little dry but I think if you steamed or grilled these they would be even better. The price was not too bad and I would recommend these.

Lee Roy Selmon’s has a great gluten free menu. I love their Soul Good Pulled Pork and smashed potatoes. They Have 2 types of gluten free BBQ Sauces Kansas City or Oklahoma sauce. Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Gluten Free I decide to try the new Gluten Free Rice Krispies and make some Rice Krispies treats. I can’t remember what regular Rice Krispies taste like but these tasted pretty good and made Good Rice Krispies treats.
