They don’t have a gluten free menu. They are very accommodating and I have never gotten sick from gluten there. Ask for Kotoe and she will help you out.

I normally eat the Salmon Steak or Filet Mignon in a garlic sauce with no soy sauce. The price is on the high side but they use the best ingredients and the staff is super friendly.

Everything there is gluten free. The have a large selection of MUFFINS, SCONES, COOKIES, CAKES, PIES, FROZEN ITEMS, GRANOLA, BREADS, and lunch items.

Tommy Bahama Gluten Free Review

Tommy Bahama is upscale casual dining. The atmosphere is Caribbean/ Key West.

I had the Grilled BBQ Pork Ribs. I didn’t love the BBQ sauce. The coleslaw was very vinegary. The meat quality was very good and I loved the potatoes they made. The price is on the high side.

National Celiac Disease Awareness Day

Lawmakers continue tradition and mark special day for those affected by celiac disease.

The U.S. Senate has passed a resolution designating Sept. 13, 2011 to be “National Celiac Disease Awareness Day.” This action, which honors those affected by celiac disease, also commemorates the birth of Dr. Samuel Gee, a pioneer in celiac disease research.

Betty Crocker gluten free chocolate chip cookies mix review

I really like this mix. It is easy to make and the taste is very good. The only problem with these is I tend to eat too many. My Wife even likes these and she does not need to eat gluten free. The price is good. Thank You Betty Crocker!

Good pizza for the price. I would recommend it, if you are really hungry order 2 or get a salad. I have eaten at one in Chicago and Ft Myers.

Glutino Chicken Ranchero with rice review

Glutino Chicken Ranchero with rice review

This was not bad..It does not look anything like the box but the taste is not bad. I would buy it again at the $4.00 and under price range. I have seen these priced much higher.

Olive Garden gluten free menu review

I ordered the Penne Rigate Pomodoro – Roma tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, extra-virgin olive oil and marinara sauce tossed with gluten free penne pasta and I added grilled chicken. This was the worst pasta I have ever tasted in my life. I have been gluten free for over 10 years and have tried a lot of gluten free pasta and none of them were this bad. After some research I found out it is a microwave dinner they are serving you. I appreciate restaurants providing gluten free meals but this is an utter failure and huge ripoff at $10.99. If you are going to provide gluten free like this, please don’t. The salad was good.

Van’s Gluten Free Waffle Review

I have been eating these for years and they are really good. You must eat them hot, if you let them sit and cool they are not very good. These are priced well and can be found in most grocery stores.

Cosimo’s Brick Oven Gluten Free

I love the Florentine Skillet with the caesar salad and their Flaming Crème Brûlée. They bring you hummus and veggies instead of bread which is a nice touch. I’m not a fan of the pizza, the toppings are good, the crust is too thick for me. Their Salads are good and I have not tried the pasta dishes or the flat bread sandwich’s yet.
